Refund and Returns Policy

At Mina Bazar BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

🔹 Eligibility for Return/Refund

✅ You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags and invoice.

  • The issue is reported within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

🚫 Refund/Return is NOT applicable if:

  • The product is used, washed, damaged, or altered due to customer handling.

  • The request is made after 2 days of delivery.

  • The product is customized, discounted (clearance sale), or hygiene-related items such as innerwear, socks, perfumes, or grooming products.

🔹 Refund Process

  1. Submit Request – Contact us at 📧minabazar.com.bd@gmail.com or 📞 +88 01780492120 within 2 days.

  2. Provide Proof – Share images/videos of the defective or incorrect item.

  3. Verification – Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

  4. Return Product – You may need to return the product to our warehouse.

  5. Refund/Replacement –

  • If eligible, refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

  • If the requested size/item is not available, a full refund will be issued.

  • In case of technical double payment, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not refundable since no advance payment was made.

🔹 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the requested size/item is unavailable, a refund will be offered.

  • Exchange requests follow the same conditions as returns.

🔹 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer).
    🚫 Shipping charges & COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
